Data processed and purposes
This website has no user accounts and no data-collection forms. We only process the personal data you voluntarily send us by email (name, email address, message content), for the sole purpose of replying to your request and managing any pre-contractual or contractual relationship arising from it.
Legal basis
Correspondence data is processed on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and of the controller's legitimate interest in responding to communications received (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Correspondence data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, in case of a business relationship, for its duration and for the retention periods required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies — neither first- nor third-party — and employs no analytics, profiling or tracking tools. Fonts are self-hosted on our servers: browsing this site generates no requests to third-party services.
Hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted on Google Cloud Run, region europe-west1 (Belgium, European Union), operated by Google Cloud EMEA Ltd. acting as data processor. As with any web service, the infrastructure records technical logs (IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource) needed to operate and secure the service, kept only for as long as strictly necessary.
Your rights
Under articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. You can exercise your rights by writing to info@opsight.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
